ABOUT CHERRY HILLS, CO.

Cherry Hills Village is one of the nation’s most luxurious suburbs, ranking as the No. 3 Richest Community in the U.S. by Bloomberg News. Located in Arapahoe County just 10 minutes south of Downtown Denver, Colorado, it is a predominantly residential city of only 6.5 square miles and home to under 7,000 people. It offers fantastic schooling options, properties in this area may enjoy access to the Cherry Creek School District, the Kent Denver School, as well as the all-girls high school St. Mary’s Academy, alma mater to former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Cherry Creek Village’s farm and pasture aesthetic is full of sumptuous mansions, grave roads, rolling hills, and mature trees.

The 1980’s and 1990’s vintage homes surround an 18-hole Pete Dye golf course, which was designed to resemble golf courses in Scotland, where the game of golf originated. Additionally, Glenmoor Country Club features 10 tennis courts, a fitness center, and two swimming pools.
