Cherry Hills Village is one of the nation’s most luxurious suburbs, ranking as the No. 3 Richest Community in the U.S. by Bloomberg News. Located in Arapahoe County just 10 minutes south of Downtown Denver, Colorado, it is a predominantly residential city of only 6.5 square miles and home to under 7,000 people. It offers fantastic schooling options, properties in this area may enjoy access to the Cherry Creek School District, the Kent Denver School, as well as the all-girls high school St. Mary’s Academy, alma mater to former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
