Commerce City is located 10 minutes northeast of downtown Denver and is one of the city’s fastest-growing suburbs with 45,000+ residents along with 1,300 companies which powers its thriving economy. The city’s close proximity to Denver International Airport, commercial & passenger rail lines, and the region’s major interstates (I-25 & I-70) sustains one of the busiest transportation & logistical hubs in the nation. Although Commerce City is historically known for its industrial sections, it also offers a historic downtown area and beautiful redeveloping residential areas on the north side of town including Reunion, Fronterra Village & Buffalo Highlands.
With quality jobs, a top-notch school district, shopping, dining, and entertainment attractions, it’s no wonder the area continues to flourish. Commerce City is home to the Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, one of the largest soccer complexes in the nation. The state-of-the-art facility can seat over 18,000 people and is the home field of the Colorado Rapids and many large outdoor concerts.

There are 840 acres of parks and open space in Commerce City, including one of the largest urban wild preserves in the country, Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge is home to over 330 species of animals including bison, white pelicans, owls, bald eagles, varieties of deer, foxes, and more. You’re also in close proximity to Barr Lake State Park, which offer 15,000 acres of wildlife refuge and miles of walking trails for hiking enthusiasts.
