EDGEWATER

Located just a short drive from Downtown Denver, Edgewater is on the western side of Sloans Lake and a town all its own. It is surrounded by Denver to the east, Lakewood to the south and the west, and the town of Wheat Ridge to the north. With an atmosphere more reminiscent of a small town, this community offers a little bit slower pace, with brick homes and a recent influx of modern townhouses and development.

 

This is a great place for those who want a slight escape from the city, while maintaining a small-town vibe. Not only does the town provide great access to Sloans Lake, it also features great locally owned restaurants, pubs, chain shopping, coffee shops, dining, Joyride brewery and the newer Englewood Public Market which is a business collective with a super hip & modern scene.
