Green Valley Ranch is a master-planned community east of Aurora. The close proximity to Denver International Airport, Interstate 70, and E-470 provides easy access to downtown Denver, as well as north to Boulder and south to Centennial. There are two RTD A-Line light rail stations in Green Valley Ranch, which make it easy for residents to work and play downtown without needing to worry about bringing their vehicle. Green Valley Ranch is home to the new five-star Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center, which is the new hub for major conventions and conferences in the mountain region. With over 500,000 square feet of convention space just outside of the airport, the Gaylord Rockies Resort has 24-hour food service, miniature golf, a tennis court, concierge service, full-service business centers, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants and more.
In the center of the community is Green Valley Ranch Golf Club, which is one of Denver’s top golf courses featuring a full range practice facility, an 18-hole Championship Course, 9-hole par-3 course and more. Another hot spot is Town Center Park, which has a baseball field, playground, small pond, skate park, recreation center and local restaurants & breweries. Just to the west of the community is the beautiful Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge, which has open lakes, wetlands, prairie grasslands, and is home to over 330 species of animals including deer and buffalo.
