Lowry is a 1,900-acre urban-infill project that has been transformed from a former Air Force base into a diverse, mixed-use, master-planned community for people in all stages of their lives. The area is just east of the established neighborhoods of Hilltop and Crestmoor, and although there is a suburban atmosphere, it’s only seven miles east of downtown Denver’s many attractions and amenities. The neighborhood has won several awards for growth & sustainability and features diverse residences including single-family, luxury custom builds, townhomes, patio homes, condominiums, apartments and renovated lofts. There is even Windsor Gardens / Emerald Greens which is a 55+ golf / retirement community.

Lowry and Windsor combined have almost 800 acres of parks and recreational areas, lots of which are beautifully landscaped with native plants and grasses. Popular walkable local outdoor spots include the Lowry Sports Complex, Lowry Dog Park, Great Lawn Park and Crestmoor Park. The nearby Windsor Lake offers kayaking or paddle boating while enjoying the gorgeous Rocky Mountain views, and is near the High Line Canal Trail, popular for easy, convenient exercise.

The Town Center District offers everything you need for daily life including great restaurants, coffee shops & hot spots such as Walter’s 303, Starbucks, Lowry Beer Garden, Tavern Lowry, North County, Cafe Mercato and many more. There is also a grocery stores, public library, local gyms and bigger venues such as the Big Bear Ice Arena, CommonGround Golf Course, and Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum.
