Lowry is a 1,900-acre urban-infill project that has been transformed from a former Air Force base into a diverse, mixed-use, master-planned community for people in all stages of their lives. The area is just east of the established neighborhoods of Hilltop and Crestmoor, and although there is a suburban atmosphere, it’s only seven miles east of downtown Denver’s many attractions and amenities. The neighborhood has won several awards for growth & sustainability and features diverse residences including single-family, luxury custom builds, townhomes, patio homes, condominiums, apartments and renovated lofts.
