ABOUT NORTHGLENN, CO.
Northglenn is a smaller suburb with 38,000+ residents located 15 minutes north of Downtown Denver on Interstate 25 between Thornton and Broomfield. It is serviced by the light rail via by RTD’s N-line and provides a speedy commute downtown. It offers a collection of traditional, 2- story and ranch homes along with a variety of multifamily units at newly redeveloped Karl’s Farm. Although it’s not an expansive city, Northglenn still boasts an impressive 550-acre park system, with parks scattered throughout neighborhoods, as well as open spaces for hiking, biking and other outdoor recreational activities. Webster Lake / E.B. Memorial Park is a popular destination which features playgrounds, a skate park, multi-use trails and stunning flower beds. The Northglenn Recreation Center has four multi-purpose rooms, a 300-seat theatre, weight room, gymnasium, pool and racquetball courts. Additionally, the Boondocks Food and Fun Northglenn location offers bowling, laser tag, go-karts, bumper boats, minigolf and a restaurant. The city residents also celebrate many unique community events throughout the year including the Athena Festival, Pirate Fest and Mudapalooza.
