With a rich history and a variety of homes, it's vintage home collection are some of the most inspiring dwellings in the city. Park Hill has some of Denver’s most magnificent Tudors, Denver Squares, Victorians, Classic bungalows, stately Craftsmans, and mid-century ranches and cottages. The streets in Park Hill are lined with beautiful mature trees and mature green lots give it a suburb-in-the-city vibe. Home prices vary wildly, with million-dollar mansions available toward the southern edge, and some of the most affordable single family homes in Denver closer to the north.
Park Hill's residents are fond of walking to Spinelli's Italian Market for gourmet meats and cheeses, fresh-baked bread, scrumptious desserts and more. Spinelli's is just one of a cluster of quaint shops off of 23rd Avenue. To the west is City Park, home to the highly regarded Museum of Nature and Science, Gates Planetarium, IMAX Theatre, Denver Zoo, and Municipal Golf Course. The park offers amazing views of the Front Range and the Denver skyline, and in the summer on Sundays they host City Park which is a free Jazz concert series.
