ABOUT PLATT PARK
This is one of Denver’s most peaceful and appealing neighborhoods because of its quiet nature and access to everything Denver has to offer. Platt Park is located between Downing, Broadway, Evans, and I-25 and The University of Denver campus is just a five-minute drive to the east. The Platt Park neighborhood also features the historic Decker Branch library and a senior recreation center.
From sturdy brick bungalows to historic Tudors, Platt Park has wonderful old homes of strength and character. Many of the houses in Platt Park were built in the early 1900s, giving the neighborhood a unique charm. Some of the original homes have been rehabbed, while others have been replaced with new, modern townhomes. This mix of old and new gives Platt Park a one-of-a-kind vibe.
Platt Park is also known for its adorable shopping area on Old South Pearl Street. Walkable restaurants & hot spots include local sensation Sushi Den & Izakaya Den, Duffy Roll Café, Steam Espresso Bar, Kao’s Pizza, Park Burger, Sweet Cow and much much more.
