WASHINGTON PARK

ABOUT WASHINGTON PARK

Washington Park (Wash Park as per the locals) is located between Cherry Creek, I-25, University and Downing. Washington Park is the epitome of Denver living featuring residents who are active, healthy, diverse and laid back enough to stop and smell the flowers.  And with this prime location, this neighborhood is as central and hip as they come!

The architecturally diverse neighborhood boasts one of the highest percentages of historic homes in the area featuring Bungalows, Denver Squares and Victorians.  It’s also evolving with some amazing, multimillion high end scrapes & pop-tops.  Large trees, cozy streets and landscaped lawns make this one of the hottest neighborhoods in the city.  Not to mention being walking distance to popular restaurants, galleries, boutiques and other hot spots along Alameda Avenue, Old South Gaylord and Broadway.

Washington Park is 160+ acre park and the anchor of this great Denver neighborhood. It is popular for most outdoor activities including jogging, walking, biking and sports leagues.  The area is a thriving residence for people of all ages, with a small-town feel and close proximity to many popular places within the city. There are always sporting leagues and events happenings at the Wash Park along with playgrounds and even a boathouse where you can explore the water and afterwards host a formal gala.
